We're looking for writers and models for a new Business Magazine for and about GLBT (gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders).
For the contributing writers (part-time - Nationwide):
- preferably gay (discreet, straightacting or not), bisexual, lesbian or transgender and open about it.
- Graduate of any course
- has experienced writing for publication/s (college publications can be considered)
- preferably gay (discreet, straightacting or not), bisexual, lesbian or transgender and open about it.

For Editors (project-based- MetroManila only):
- preferably gay (discreet, straightacting or not), bisexual, lesbian or transgender and proud of it.
- has an MBA degree or taking up any graduate study
- has experience/s with publication/s (college/university publications can be considered)
- preferably gay (discreet, straightacting or not), bisexual, lesbian or transgender and proud of it.

- Applicants for writers and editors must submit their complete CV with contact information to 3rdbusinessmedia@gmail.com
- Applicants must also submit a sample article that they have written recently about their personal opinion about the gay and lesbian culture/image (maximum of 500 words) to 3rdbusinessmedia@gmail.com.
- Applicants must take note that most of the articles that will be assigned to them are research-based and not just based on opinions.
For Models (part-time - Metro Manila only):
- must be gay, bisexual, lesbian or transgender and open about it.
- college-level
- at least 5'8 in height for male
- at least 5'6 in height for female
- Applicants for models must submit sample pictures as attachments (2 close-up shots and 2 full-body shots) to 3rdbusinessmedia@gmail.com.
- Screening will be scheduled.

1. To provide an avenue in advocating the new image of the LGBT community as professional individuals with integrity by promoting success stories of LGBT individuals' businesses and their various endeavours, and by providing articles that can be related to both business and economy and LGBT culture. This is also a call for a change in the image of the LGBT population in the Philippines.
2. To provide an inspiration and a call for action to all readers to become entrepreneurs and help in the growth of SMEs (Small and Medium-scale Enterprises) in the country.
3. To provide LGBT individuals with real LGBT role models whom they can relate to.
4. To provide an awareness on various serious LGBT issues in the Philippines.
