It's the 3rd .MOV International Digital Film Festival!
.MOV, the first digital film festival in the Philippines, This year, it'll run simultaneously in Bacolod and Manila, with satellites in Dumaguete, Iloilo and Cebu.
Watch out this September to October 2008!
